DAMDAM Tokyo is a leading clean skincare brand in Japan, now expanding into the U.S. market. When I joined the team, they were looking to establish a stronger U.S. presence and connect with a new audience through authentic, culturally relevant content.
Role and Focus
I led the launch and growth of DAMDAM’s TikTok account with an emphasis on organic growth, storytelling, and community building. Beyond content, I helped cultivate a U.S.-based network of over 120 curated creators and brand fans who engaged with DAMDAM through events, partnerships, and ongoing feedback. This ecosystem became a cornerstone of the brand’s U.S. expansion strategy.
