Campaign Overview

DAMDAM Tokyo launched the Matcha Boost Eye Serum with the goal of driving awareness, excitement, and conversation across social media through a mix of strategic content, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Contributions 

  • Led content strategy and creation across all platforms

  • Built and maintained a detailed content calendar aligned with campaign goals

  • Managed UGC communication, from sourcing to briefing and coordination

Strategy 

The campaign kicked off with a week of teaser content designed to build anticipation, including matcha-inspired visuals, blurred product imagery, and behind-the-scenes moments.


Select influencers were seeded with product and encouraged to share authentic unboxings and reviews across social platforms.
To expand reach, we commissioned UGC and activated community-driven content.


Launch week content featured a strategic mix of flatlays, texture and application videos, and educational posts highlighting the serum’s key benefits and the role of matcha in skincare.
