Brand Overview

The Clean Skincare Quiz is an AI-powered tool that recommends personalized clean beauty products based on individual skin types and goals. When I joined, the brand lacked a clear social strategy. Instagram was inactive and TikTok had not yet been launched. The objective was to establish a cohesive social presence that could build awareness and drive qualified traffic to the quiz.

Role and Focus

​I built the brand’s social strategy from the ground up, working directly with the founders to define direction and execute daily. From creative production to influencer management, I was responsible for every aspect of social growth and content execution

Scope of Work

Strategy and Campaign Development

  • Built and executed social strategy across TikTok and Instagram

  • Designed campaigns to increase awareness and drive traffic to the quiz

Content Creation

  • Posted daily on TikTok, producing videos that consistently reached between 15K and 5M views

  • Created, filmed, and edited all content across platforms as a one-person content team

Influencer and UGC Management

  • Researched, sourced, and managed influencer and UGC creator collaborations

  • Developed briefs, coordinated deliverables, and provided creative feedback

Community Engagement

  • Led daily account management and audience interaction to grow an active, loyal community

Strategy and Execution

We used A/B testing to identify the highest-performing content strategies based on audience response. Once we saw what resonated, we optimized and repurposed content across formats, shifting from short-form video to carousel posts when appropriate. This agile approach led to rapid growth, high engagement, and increased content demand from the community.

Results (as of July 2023)

  • 320K TikTok followers (+240% MoM growth)

  • 90M total views across TikTok

  • 7.3M total likes (+18% MoM growth)

  • 17% engagement rate sustained across content

  • 480K profile visits and 85K link taps, driving qualified traffic to the quiz
